How detailed are the leads?
We provide the most detailed information in the business. Essentially, we gather every bit of information you need to work up the quote without having to contact the consumer for additional information. Check out some sample leads.

How fresh are InsureMe leads?
Short answer: very fresh. InsureMe delivers leads in real time. The Agent Connection, our unique 'always on' lead delivery system sends new leads to your computer faster than via e-mail and even notifies you when they arrive; this allows you to contact new prospects moments after they've completed our lead form.

What other types of leads do you have besides auto insurance?
We currently provide leads for homeowners, health, life, and LTC, and may offer other types in the future.

Is there a trial basis where I can try before I buy?
When you sign up, we will send you five (5) FREE leads from your geographic area to show you the quality and timeliness of our leads.

What does it cost?
We offer the most cost effective leads you will find. Our lead price is based on the base price of the lead plus the cost of any filters you apply. More detail can be found on our pricing page.

When do I pay?
You pre-pay for your leads by charging a deposit amount on your credit card. As you receive leads, your credit card is automatically charged when you reach 75 percent of that deposit amount in leads purchased. In all cases you only pay for the leads we send you.

Do you reward agents who signup other agents?
You bet we do! If you're an active member and you inspire another agent to join, you'll earn 5 percent of whatever that agent spends with us. To ensure that you get credit for the referral, our customer service reps ask all new agents to identify who recommended our service.

How many agents receive the same lead?
Our in-house statistician, Peter Deusterman, is happy to answer this one: recent reports have it at 3.0695729839394112. For those of you who prefer whole numbers, a lead is sent to about three (3) agents on average. This statistic is not set in stone, but one we don't expect to change too dramatically in the future.

I received a lead that had incorrect information (i.e. the driver had a DUI but did not mention this, the phone number was bad, etc.) Do I have to pay for this lead?
If you receive an invalid lead, you can request credit for the lead online.

I'm with a national carrier and am wondering if a lead I receive could also be sent to another agent in the same company?
No. Our leads only go to one agent per company.

I have been with the program for one month and I am getting too few or too many leads. How can I control the number of leads I receive?
Our volume of leads that we generate may vary. The best way to adjust your lead volume is to expand or contract your geographic area and your profile types. If you want more leads, try adding more zip codes or counties. If you have filters, try removing them to see if the volume increases. If you want to reduce your lead volume, cut back on your geographic area or add filters to your profiles. Our customer service representatives would be happy to assist you with this, or you can make changes through your online account.

How many leads can I expect in a month? Can you guarantee a minimum number?
We cannot guarantee a minimum because the number will vary from month to month depending on the amount of leads we receive and the number of people who request quotes in your zip codes. Keep in mind, you are only charged for the leads we send to you.
